During the summer of 2009, the sanctuary of Highland Park Presbyterian Church was closed for renovation. The church enjoyed a complete facelift, including fresh paint and refinishing of all the woodwork. The platform of the chancel area was extended forward and the choir loft was reconfigured, providing significant acoustic and visual improvements. The church's magnificent pipe organ was partially dismantled and returned to its builder to be refurbished and enhanced. Click HERE to read more about the organ renovation. The sanctuary reopened for worship on September 27, 2009. The organ will return to service on April 4, 2010.
